Connector. Catalyst. Storyteller.

Hi, I’m Jenn.
I’ve spent my entire life being curious about people.
As a kid, that curiosity earned me the nickname “Tape Recorder.” I listened to everything, asked a lot of questions, and had a habit of repeating what I heard. Sometimes at the worst possible moment.
That curiosity eventually took me to television news, where I learned to ask better questions, get beneath the surface, and tell stories that mattered.
Then I took those skills into Corporate America, where I discovered something unexpected:
Not understanding was actually my superpower.
I wasn’t afraid to challenge the jargon, ask the question nobody else was asking, or keep digging until things made sense.
Over time, I realized I wasn’t just interested in the story.
I wanted to understand what happened next.
What were people experiencing?
What wasn’t working?
What were we missing?
What could be different?
That’s where the systems thinker in me came alive.
Today, I work at the intersection of people, strategy, change, and communication, helping leaders and organizations navigate moments when things are changing, complicated, or uncertain.
Sometimes that’s transforming an employee experience. Sometimes it’s helping a leader communicate something difficult. Sometimes it’s figuring out why a strategy isn’t landing. And sometimes it’s helping someone see a possibility they couldn’t see before.
The work may look different, but the value I bring is consistent:
I help people see what’s really happening, what’s possible, and what comes next.
I bring curiosity, perspective, and a willingness to ask the questions others might miss. I look beyond the obvious problem to understand the people and systems underneath it, then turn those insights into strategy and action.
I inspire people when they need it most.
Not by telling them what to think.
By helping them see something differently.
That’s the work that brings me alive.
